ULTIMATE DISCS

Although any discs can be used in Ultimate, the standard size disc is 27 cm in diameter and weighs 175 grams. The quality of material used to make the disc and its profile will all influence longevity and performance.

Any colour can be used however white discs are typically used in competitions.

Gold Coast Ultimate imports its own discs (featuring the Gold Coast Ultimate logo) from Discraft, USA and can supply them to individuals, schools or other organisations.
